Are you a student interested in learning what the College of Science has to offer?

Currently, our three sessions are on September 24th at 4 pm, October 16th at 4 pm, and October 28th at 4 pm.

Student Research Travel Awards Available

Student research travel awards are designed to provide financial assistance to students in the College of Science at Eastern Kentucky University who wish to present the results of their original research at professional conferences. This year we anticipate most, if not all, conferences will be held virtually and this award, if approved, would cover costs of presenting (such as registration, etc.) since no travel would be necessary.

STUDENT OF THE MONTH: Alexandria Williams

Alexandria Williams

September 2020

Alexandria Williams is from Clay City, Kentucky and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Wolfe County High School in Campton, Kentucky.

Alexandria chose to attend EKU because the campus was close to her home and she loved the New Science Building commenting that “it is beautiful, inside and out." She also felt comfortable with the size of EKU in regards to both the student population and campus layout.
